The Perfect Painter

I happened to come across a video of an artist performing fluid art in which they tie a paint bucket with a hole in it to a string. The artist then allows Earth’s gravity to take charge, creating a painting. The resulting image is similar to those drawn by a spirograph, which got me thinking.

It is as if the artist was handing the brush over to Earth, asking Her to paint. It seems to be nothing but Earth’s gravity or perhaps the magnetic field holding the brush. It unequivocally demonstrates that if you let nature take control, it will produce the best results. The outcome is sheer perfection. Nature doesn’t mess up the painting; au contraire delivers perfect symmetry.

It serves as a great example when applied to life. If you ever feel stuck, if something feels immovable, or if things aren’t working out, remember to let nature hold the brush. You don’t have to bash your head over it, or try to fix something by incessantly badgering or meddling with the issue. You simply have to trust Mother Earth i.e. nature. She will do what’s best for you.

Look around you. Has nature not painted the most breathtaking canvases? Has she not crafted the most magnificent creations? Look at the trees, the stars, the expanse of the sky, the clouds, the sea, the dance of the fire. Consider the astonishing range of flora and fauna each crafted to perfection. And what of human beings? Such exquisite creatures traversing the planet. Nature’s creation is simply extraordinary.

Remember how the artist intervened minimally, and yet the gravity created the perfect painting? Let go of things that you have been clinging on too tightly. Just as the artist released the bucket and trusted nature to craft the masterpiece, you too should let go of the thing you have been stuck with for too long. Allow the immovable to simply be. Nature’s got this. It will carve out a path for you, and remember it will be as perfect as the painting—nothing short of the best.

You will be blown over by the things nature has in store for you. Coz nature always paints the best.
